By attending any Lone Star Oncology (“LSO”) events, programs, conferences, webinars, or accessing courses on the LMS, you acknowledge and agree that LSO may photograph, record, live-stream, or otherwise capture your likeness, voice, or participation. These recordings may be used for educational, archival, promotional, marketing, or research purposes without further notice or compensation. All such materials are the property of LSO. -
Consent to Use
You grant LSO a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, or display any photographs, audio, or video recordings that may include your participation, in whole or in part, in any media format (including digital, print, broadcast, or online). -
Restrictions on Unauthorized Recording

Attendees, students, and users are strictly prohibited from recording, photographing, screen capturing, or distributing any portion of LSO events, courses, or LMS content without prior written consent.
